Located on the edge of a medieval village, set among rolling countryside with sunflowers and Armagnac vines, Le Tilleul  offers a great holiday destination for relaxation and an opportunity to sample local French cuisine and way of life.

Golf, tennis, horse-riding, bike & canoe hire are all nearby and there are many swimming lakes with sandy beaches.

Attractive low season rental rates make the cottage an ideal base for exploring this area of France, or for house-hunting visits in this beautiful area of the Gers known as the 'Golden Triangle'.

• A washing machine, clothes-airer, washing line, iron and ironing board

• A cooker, microwave and dishwasher
• All beds are fitted with a mattress cover, pillows (2 per person), and a quilted bedspread. Blankets are also available for cooler nights. If you prefer to bring your own bed sheets, please make sure you bring both top and bottom sheets, as well as pillowcases. All single beds are the standard single size (L190cm x W90cm). Please note however that the double bed sizes are as follows:

• For your own comfort, please make sure you bring sheets of the appropriate size. 
• We can provide Bed-Linen and Bathroom Towels (Rates).
•  A cot can be provided free of charge on request – please let us know as soon as possible if you have not done so already. 
  Please note that we do not provide cot bedding as parents have quite different ideas about what is appropriate, so please remember to bring your own.
  There is also a highchair available if you need it, and a plastic booster seat suitable for toddlers who prefer to eat at the main table. We also offer a baby bath and a potty. Please let me know as soon as possible if you would like to use any of these so we can arrange for them to be made available.
